Job Description

\\n Vandria is recruiting an administrative assistant to support its daily operations.

Vandria is a biopharmaceutical company that develops best-in-class small molecule mitophagy inducers to treat age-related and chronic diseases in the fields of muscle- and CNS diseases with large unmet medical need.

Vandria is planning to initiate phase I trials for its lead CNS candidate in Q1-Q2 of 2024.

Administrative Assistant

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient operations within our team, driving productivity through effective administrative support and seamless coordination of various activities.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide proactive and timely support to team members in tasks related to the company\\\'s operations
  • Manage general administration activities with efficiency: anticipate, prioritize and prepare information as required to ensure timely follow-up
  • Coordinate the company\\\'s liquidity plan and tracking of invoices and payments
  • Support generation of work orders, route contracts for signature and ensure proper archiving
  • Manage the portfolio of contracts and CDA
  • Support the collection and archiving of intellectual property legal documents
  • Actively participate in logistics by setting up contracts with carriers, organization of shipments and maintenance of inventories
  • Manage organization and coordination of workshops, meetings and events
  • Organize travel arrangements and logistics; manage expense report
  • Help with agendacoordination, booking of meeting rooms
  • Maintain the organization of the office
  • Project coordination activities: index ongoing studies, setting up archiving system of projects repots and log, create and maintain Gantt chart
Profile
  • Fluent in English
  • Significant work experience in similar function
  • Demonstrated excellent project coordination skills
  • Exposure to finance/accounting
  • Can work in teams and independently
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
  • Proactive and efficient
  • Skilled in in Word and Excel is mandatory, SharePoint is a plus
