Our international team consists of experts from the art, luxury and digital sectors. As a new member of the team, you will support us in running smoothly a dynamic business by handling all necessary administrative tasks. Key responsibilities: Sales and office administration: \\xe2\\x80\\xa2 Sales administration (invoicing, sales and purchasing files management) \\xe2\\x80\\xa2 Updating and organizing accounting and shipping documentation \\xe2\\x80\\xa2 Performing clerical duties such as organizing, filing and storing documents \\xe2\\x80\\xa2 General office administration Logistics and operations support: \\xe2\\x80\\xa2 Organising and coordinating worldwide shipment of the artworks \\xe2\\x80\\xa2 Liaising with the shipping companies, tax and customs authorities, end customers and partners \\xe2\\x80\\xa2 Aftersales and customer service (invoicing, shipping, after-sales issues, insurance cases, etc) \\xe2\\x80\\xa2 Working closely with the Storage, Finance, Accounting and Sales team \\xe2\\x80\\xa2 Managing stock in the storage facility (quality check, packaging, shipment, etc) \\xe2\\x80\\xa2 Preparing and managing up-to-date art inventory list Competencies and requirements: \\xe2\\x80\\xa2 Swiss work permit or EU passport required \\xe2\\x80\\xa2 Strong interest in contemporary art market / administration / logistics \\xe2\\x80\\xa2 Previous work experience in art administration or logistics field desirable \\xe2\\x80\\xa2 Microsoft Office and Computer literacy, very good Excel skills \\xe2\\x80\\xa2 Very good written and spoken skills in English, German highly desirable \\xe2\\x80\\xa2 Excellent attention to details and organisation skills \\xe2\\x80\\xa2 Team player with a positive and proactive attitude \\xe2\\x80\\xa2 Business-oriented attitude Position Type: Full-time position based in our Zug and Zurich premises in Switzerland.
