Represent the department in cross-functional teams, work streams, initiatives and committees as required
Proactively support the department in their daily tasks (meetings, reports, onboarding new employees, etc) anticipating needs and requirements
Ensure office processes are running efficiently and in compliance with the company rules
Coordinate Purchase Requests and Orders (preparation, follow-up, receipt of invoices and payment approval) with both internal and external stakeholders and related management tools and Forms
Coordinate with other Assistants and Chief of Staff to organize events activities
Manage assigned budgets and support forecasting activities in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
Qualification
\\xc2\\xb7 Secretarial Diploma or College Diploma in office administration or equivalent
\\xc2\\xb7 Professional experience in an international environment as Administrative/Executive Assistant
\\xc2\\xb7 Customer Service oriented, strong team player
\\xc2\\xb7 Fluent in English; French and/or German is a strong asset.
\\xc2\\xb7 Excellent organizational and IT skills
\\xc2\\xb7 Good knowledge of SAP and Ariba procurement processes, some knowledge of SAP financial processes (TEMPO/LEAN)
\\xc2\\xb7 Good knowledge of compliance and approval procedures\\n \\n \\n \\n \\n \\n
