At the heart of our accounting teams in Fribourg, you will be in charge of the AP specialization and will guarantee the organization of the activity and teams, while ensuring compliance with current accounting standards. You will also act as a privileged contact for our various partners to ensure optimal communication and share your expertise on accounting topics.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Core accounting tasks:
Identify, monitor and implement solutions for AP processes weaknesses. Improve the added value, efficiency, and control over AP processes
Using Business Intelligence tool, prepare and communicate KPI dashboard to the management related to AP volume
Monitor and participate in the delivery of new AP tools (OCR Improvement, Ariba E-invoicing, Chatbot/status portal, Invoice routing automation and Sis-ID)
Be innovative and participate to RPA initiatives, ACL report and the creation of celonis Dashboard related to the AP process
Maintain and communicate standard AP processes and Golden rules
Work closely with RISA Purchasing to help them improve the PTP process
Participate in the AP monthly closing (review)
Specializations:
Specialist of VIM module and SAP FI-CO (AP + MM + AA)
Able to understand and improve complex AP processes
Able to identify, understand and report complex VAT treatment
Coaching
Coach a team of high performing Sr AP Accountant - promote critical mindset, fraud awarness, standardization of our processes and centralization of our activities
Client interaction
Key contact for branches / brands / function and Group for all AP related matters
YOUR PROFILE
Strong experience in Accounting, preferably within an international environment
First experience in people management
Comfortable with complex AP process and management
Digital transformation enthusiasts with an interest in data processing and wanting to develop skills on our new tools (OCR, Ariba, Chatbot, Celonis, ACL, PowerBI, RPA\\xe2\\x80\\xa6)
Technical, organizational and personal competences
Ability to identify flaws in processes and make proposition for improvement
Capacity to be resilient in difficult times and demonstrate adaptability
Assertive communication style based on pragmatism and rigorousness
