Join us as a highly motivated Accounting & Admin Specialist (60-100%) and help us become the world leading provider of Visual AI-powered autonomy for mobile robots.
Your mission
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable, expense management
- Collaborate with our external accountants to create financial statements and reports
- Assist our CFO with budget preparation and variance analysis
- Support with audits, tax filings, and other compliance requirements
- Oversee the payroll process together with our external accountants. This includes calculating salaries, preparing paychecks, and ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations
- 3+ years of experience in accounting or finance
- Bachelor degree in accounting or chartered Specialist in Accounting and Financial Management (Fachmann / Fachfrau in Finanz- und Rechnungswesen mit eidg. Fachausweis)
- High degree of autonomy
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong motivation to work in a dynamic, high performance startup environment
- Very good English and ideally good German skills
