Make it your story.This position reports toR&D Unit LeadYour role and responsibilitiesWe are looking for a passionate and experienced 3D Perception & Navigation Team Lead to join our technical leadership team. In this key role, you will manage and inspire a cross-functional engineering team, driving the development and deployment of our core technology and products. The ideal candidate has a strong background in robotics, computer vision, or navigation technologies, with proven experience in team leadership, technical mentoring, and organizational growth. The work model for the role is hybrid. #LI-Hybrid This role is contributing to the Sevensense Robotics Division in Z\\xc3\\xbcrich. You will be mainly accountable for: \\xe2\\x80\\xa2 Managing and mentoring a cross-functional team of 4+ experts in areas of computer vision, 3D perception, scene understanding, path planning, control, and software development. \\xe2\\x80\\xa2 Overseeing major development projects, ensuring effective coordination with other team leads, technical project managers, and product managers. \\xe2\\x80\\xa2 Contributing hands-on to technical development, including C++ coding, Python tooling, and real-world testing on robotic platforms to validate system performance. Maintaining a holistic understanding of our software stack, covering 3D perception, planning, and control modules. \\xe2\\x80\\xa2 Create a positive, growth-oriented team culture, supporting team members achieving their long-term development goals.Qualifications for the role

• Master\\xe2\\x80\\x99s degree or equivalent in robotics, computer vision, computer science, or a related technical field.
• Proven leadership experience in team management and coaching, with a focus on building high-performing, motivated teams.
• Strong communication skills, capable of navigating complex technical discussions and aligning with key stakeholders.
• 3+ years of professional experience in computer vision, 3D perception, deep learning for 3D vision, and/or mobile robot navigation, with proficiency in C++ and Python.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and system architecture design, ensuring scalable and robust solutions.
• Project management experience, with skills in planning, executing, and monitoring technical projects effectively.
• Fluency in English.
